After you have mastered the 7 basic exercises, you will be able to learn the exercises for advanced Autogenic Training practitioners. Before moving on to the advanced level, you should already be able to reach a deep state of relaxation at the drop of a hat!
Using meditation techniques and working with mental pictures, the goal at the advanced level is to enhance your senses and look deeper into your mind and personality. The advanced level consists of 7 phases (including enhanced experiences of colors and objects), and involves exercises designed to create a deeper sense of self and the realization of personal goals.
